Prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT and delivery to Mainland UK only. We can quote separately for orders outside the UK.

To place an order on line we require 20% of the order value as a deposit. The balance will then be due at the time of delivery.

We offer a 28 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, your payment would be refunded with just the original delivery and collection charges deducted.

Should you wish to cancel an order this can be done within 14 days of placing the order with no loss of deposit. We reserve the right to withold the deposit for cancellations after 14 days.

You will be notified by telephone when your order is ready for dispatch. Please note that lead time from order to dispatch is in the region of 7 weeks - please phone or e-mail for confirmation of the actual lead time when placing an order.

Our standard delivery service is by prior arrangement anytime between 8am and 6pm. We realise that for some this may be difficult so we offer the following services with additional charge - before noon delivery + £10 before 10.30 am + £22 and Saturday am + £34.
